Not a fan of the rain

This week was pretty much full of great days and trash days. I really actually am not a rain person. 

But we had MLC on Tuesday which was beautiful. Gave a little discussion on our member visits from 8-9pm. Here's the format (spirit directs it of course) 

T-time we only have 15 mins. Remember your purpose. 

T- teach them the principles of the gospel 

T- train the members to be missionaries 

T-testify as the Spirit directs 

C- commitment to act

R- return appointment to follow up and repeat. 

So that went well. Tossed a good role play in there. That was my 8th or 9th MLC. Kinda crazy. 

After the MLC we were on fire. Oh it was killer, the lessons we had and the people we found. Super super blessed. Like our lesson with David and Alicia Wednesday night. They came to church last week out of surprise and our lesson was so good. They love it and the spirit was touching their hearts. They have been prepared for sure. 

Friday was the end of the fire week...we had our combined district council. It's our opportunity to re-teach the zone everything we learned in MLC. It's a new thing President got approval for last month so we love it. Really popped the zone back In shape. Need that urgency everyday. 

Then Saturday and Sunday it was pouring rain and all our lessons canceled because everyone hibernates due to unusual weather. All good though, it wasn't terrible it just wasn't ideal. 

And then that was the week! Good upliftment from the leaders in the mission and now its the last week of the transfer!!! Ahhhh crazy. 

Well that's about it yall. Wait just kidding. I want you to think about these few questions

1. What brings peace in your life? 

2. What do you hope for in life? 

3. What role has Christ played in your life? 

If your answer to any one of these questions is gospel related, you might try asking your friends a similar question. The world is a little out there so it should be easy to ask such questions, but this gives you the opportunity to teach them a gospel principle. Just a thought. 

Love the rain. Psych I thought we were win a drought! Haha no that's a bad joke. We need it.
