Get going, get your friends going

Well I have so much potential to write a stellar email because we were taught by a general authority for some 7 hrs but its also not really a good time of day to write.

Yah OK well I thought about it a bit more and I'm really going to try to focus. Here we go. 

Alright so nothing really spectacular happened until Friday. We drove to Santa Barbara with 2 other sets of zone leaders in their minivan and had a short 1 hr MLC With Elder Klebingat. He focused on leadership qualities and what we need to be doing to fulfill leadership within the church. It was great. Then Saturday was our Zone Conference and he met with us from 8:30am-4:10pm.  Oh my, he spent an hour on the pre earth life. That was neat. He talked a bunch about the gathering of scattered Israel and the house of Israel, and then taught us a bunch about how to do missionary work in general.

 

Here are some of the take aways. We have Heavenly parents, not just a father because we know that doesn't work. There has to be both mother and father. They are celestial beings and therefore we lived with them in the celestial kingdom before we came here. In the war in heaven there were a whole whack ton of our Heavenly parent's children waging a war and our Heavenly parents weeped after every lost soul. We played a crucial part in that war. Not to mention we were sent at a very specific time in this earth's life and when we left it was just as emotional as missionaries leaving their families. Our Heavenly parents knew it was what needed to happen but they were also sad to see us go. We are on one of millions of earths and what's crazy is Lucifer was damned to this earth, sheesh we were all freaking out but then our Heavenly Father reassured us that he would send Jesus Christ to this earth also. Though the Atonement of Jesus Christ is infinite and covers the sins of all millions of worlds, he was here. This gives us more strength against the head quarters of Lucifer. Is this too much? Yah whatever. So yes that's a big scary part. But we were in the celestial kingdom and if done right, we will return. God Lives, this is His gospel and church. Christ is coming again, I know that for sure. Every aspect of this while plan is perfect non of this Borne again Christian jazz. "Be not deceived God is not Mocked, for that which a man soweth, that shall he also reap." Galatians 6:7. If we aren't doing anything we won't be getting anything. It's that simple.

So many more things said. He was very direct and l need to to better.  I know we have got to gather and it's pretty crucial. The Lord is on His way from Kolob. No that's a joke but He is on His way. Get going, get your friends going, salvation is the prize.
